Some possible scenarios:
- That's how many Opera windows were open when the session file was saved.
- You have the Opera startup dialog appearing at startup, and you selected
two session checkboxes from the Opera startup dialog.
- You forgot to check the "Open pages inside current window" checkbox in-
side the Manage sessions dialog when you manually opened the session file.

Do you simply want "Continue from last time"? If so, goto Preferences>
General tab> Startup = "Continue from last time".

Well, you could try closing one of the Opera windows, then re-save your
startup session file. Just ensure the "Show these pages every time I start
Opera" checkbox is checked on -- assuming you don't want "Continue from last
time".
