Not that it matters, but still...
Prior to version 8, Opera didn't have sufficient DOM capabilities to drive
all the functions of a rich-text editing environment, so browser detection
was used to give Opera a fallback editor. The developers of such
applications don't seem to have caught up with Opera's improvements in
that field.
Of course you could think of it as Opera once again saving you from
creating user-unfriendly HTML emails.
