This has been going on for a few versions of Opera,from at least Version 8
it may have been earlier,but the last time i mentioned it i only received
one response and that was from someone saying they tried it and it worked
ok,well i still have the problem and this time i have a little more
information,in my local paper www.shm.com.au with some of the stories a
link dosnt always take me directly to the relevant story,i had this one
earlier,i clicked on a story link and the address of that link was

the address of the page i was taken to was
http://signon.fairfax.com.au/signon/signon.do?retro=true&z=0&authOnly=yes&server=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.smh.com.au&site=SMH&retn=%2Fsplash&data=%2Fnews%2Fnational%2Flaw-waves-goodbye-to-12-angry-men%2F2005%2F11%2F09%2F1131407700508.html
which was a redirection page that said the story has been moved HERE, and
the address of that link address was

after clicking the HERE link i finally got to the stories page the
address of that page was

Which is the same address as the original story link,can ne1 explain why
all the redirection when the original story address was the same as the
one i ended up on,is this something i have or have not done,or is it
something to do with the paper.
