Yes, I've always felt exactly the same as the OP on this one. Why on Earth
is help thrown over whatever it was you were doing?!? I've had to go back,
create a new window and *then* CTRL-B very often. And I've had the
"paste... huh? oh c**p!" thing many times as well.
Dear Opera: CTRL-B really should open a new page or window again - it used
to in the past IIRC, why not now?
