Integrating bookmarks from IE into Opera?

When I imported my IE bookmarks into Opera 8.0, what I got was a single
larger bookmark folder under the opera bookmarks that contains all of the 
IE bookmarks and subfolders.

Is there a quick way to integrate the IE bookmarks and folders one level (or
better) up into the main Opera 8.0 bookmark display?
