I am using the last pre of 8.0, and Solaris 7 on a Sparc 5.
It happens on all sorts of sites, but if I terminate Opera and start
afresh, it works. So it seems to be an Opera problem.
Even if memory is short, is should still simply page to disc, but it is
evidently not thrashing.
Opera seems to be stuck in a poll/sleep loop waiting for something. No
packets are sent or received. My impression is that Opera asked for
something, which did not arrive, but it failed to notice the non-arrival
and ask for it again.
