User JS manager

Hi,
The installation of "user js manager" override my Tools menu
(see http://img70.imageshack.us/my.php?image=userjsmanuf9.jpg)

How could I restore the old settings?
I change the menu preferences from Tools -> Preferences -> Toolbar menu 
from
http://img70.imageshack.us/my.php?image=toolbarmenudb2.jpg
to the same configuration but with "Web Development Setuo + User JS 
Man" but this doesn't work. I mean: this other setup restore my 
Preferences menu with all the options but disappear the user js menu 
and the developer menu (see picture:

Images, Page info button of developer toolbar are not enable)

How could I merge the two differents menu?
