Some additional info here. Also installed on this computer is a "stand-alone" installation of Internet Explorer i.e. IE v5.00 SP2. The insertion cursor for IE remains as before i.e. solid flashing vertical bar (not an I) in the Address Bar or elsewhere where input is required. The insertion cursor in other MS Office programs are all as before. The change in the type of insertion cursor occurs only in Opera v9.51. Wish it were possible to reinstate it to it's former visible self? Hope someone can assist? Cheers, Richard "Richard Roseweir" <roseweirs@xxxxxxxxxxxx> wrote in message news:g4rml1$qqa$1@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Am now using Opera v9.51 under Windows 98 SE on a much older Pentium 200, 64MB RAM computer. When updating from Opera v8.5 to v9.51, I noted that the flashing cursor has changed from a solid or bold "I" to a partially indistinguishable ":-" Is there any way to change back to the former cursor as I am having difficulty seeing the newer cursor? Thanks in advance! |
