Good morning Rijk,

Thanks for the reply. The newer cursor ":-" in which the ":" flashes
intermittently with the "-", and both appearing very faint, appears
whenever input (insertion fields) from me is required e.g.:
1) typing in the Address Bar.
2) typing in the Input Fields of websites requiring Usernames or
Passwords when logging in.
3) typing when posting messages on Bulletin Boards.
4) typing in web-based Email Programs.

Will also file a Bug Report as requested.

Thank you for your interest and assistance.

Sincerely,
Richard

Where does this show? The flashing insertion point cursor in editable
fields is a simple vertical bar for me, while the mouse pointer when
hovering over a text field shows the familiar I-beam, nothing has
changed
for me in Windows XP.

Anyway, please file a bug report.
