Opera 9.5 problems

Windows XP SP3

Just installed 9.5 not happy at all.

Ok, using http://digg.com/ as an example
If I highlight a link, I can't right click and copy, I can CTL-C but
no context menu shows with a right click on a link (or one of color)
Normal text (black and white) copies just fine.

I middle click on a link and no new tab shows up so I click on it a
few more times, nothing; But If I grab the top bar and move it a bit
up or down all of the tabs show up.

So I have to middle click on a link then move Opera up or down for the
tab to show - No, F5 does nothing.

Any clues?
