In previous versions of Opera 9 I could in those cases just double click on the filename extension in the link and the whole link would light up enabling me to right-click and choose "Go to URL". That was very useful. But in Opera 9.5 the entire link is no longer highlighted, just the extension. So I need to drag-select in order to mark the entire link. It might not seem a big thing, but it is really annoying since it worked so smoothly in previous versions. Is there any way to get this feature back? Changes in the word boundary algorithm, not possible to tweak this as far as I know. I filed a bug on it during the beta stage, we can only hope it gets fixed. Also, it would be great to have the option "Open in background tab" You can just hold shift or ctrl+shift to govern how the link is opened. I don't think they will ever put those as distinct options in the menu as it will get too crowded then. -- Fabian |
