I don't do feeds, email or usenet with Opera. Is there any reason for me to test 9.6?

* Opera Link syncing of custom search engines and typed history
* Feed *preview* might be useful to everyone, if only to avoid (in many but not all cases) accidental exposure to unstyled XML when clicking a feed link on a webpage.

A couple of minor fixes:
* Remember bookmark panel position after restart
* When setting opera:config#TransferWindow|KeepEntriesDays to 0, actually remove transfer history when restarting

New config options that might be useful for some (or maybe many) people:
* opera:config#UserPrefs|EnableScrollMarker
* opera:config#UserPrefs|ShowBookmarksInAddressfieldAutocompletion

* Testing these 9.6 builds will also help us in making sure we didn't mess up something else that worked fine in 9.52
