Confirmed with the 9.52, build 2069 (latest beta) on opera linux.  I captured
an inspectr log, and lsof output from shortly before the crash, showing opera
using a growing  number of pipes.  It crashes when it hits the ulimit, which
is usually 1000.

I've reported the bug, and sent the logs to bug-349437 AT bugs.opera.com
