hi there!
until 9.5+ all was great, but from 9.5 to 9.52 b 10089 this sites
doesn't
want to load:
https://ebok.upc.pl/ (doesn't load at all)
https://www.mbank.com.pl/ (this sometimes works, but very rarely)
[Encryption protocol: TLS v1.0 168bit 3DES_EDE_CBC (1024 bit RSA/SHA)]
at IE sites loads in secs, but here I see only Setting up secure
connection
:/
TIA

Both Safari and Firefox say ebok.upc.pl uses an invalid security
certificate. The certificate is not trusted because the issuer
certificate is unknown.
(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
I wish Opera would do this.

Opera Version: 9.52.4891
Mac OS X 10.5.4
I had no problem with the second site, I got the green EV highlighting
even.
The first link did fail to load for me too in Opera, but Firefox, IE,
and Safari all connected with no complaints. I don't know enough to
diagnose further though. You'd be better of posting in the Security
forum at http://my.opera.com/ Opera's main developer (Yngve) for HTTPS
tracks the posts there quite frequently and should be able to tell you
what's happening. Although I've also seen him posts here too so you may
get lucky.
Confirmed for the first link, Opera stalls loading it with no warning.
Safari here (Mac OS X 10.5.4) complains about the certificate of the first
link, but once accepted that, it tries to load, and gives in the end a
blank page.
Second link, no problem with both Opera 9.52 and Safari.
