We'd like to not bother new users with questions. In this case, it is easy enough to delete all imported bookmarks, so there is little harm.

download is completed?

Of course: to offer easy access to your downloaded files.

It's a small thing, but sometimes I'll do an hour of surfing the web, doing a few downloads, and then closing Opera and finding that transfers window still on my desktop! I'd like to see it either close after a download is complete, or at least when Opera is shut down.

The Transfers window is really a tab in a normal default installation, so it can hardly be a suprise.
