Also, I notice that when I hit send once, 2 messages appear here.

When I hit a web address link from Outlook, I get an error message saying ANOTHER USER IS RUNNING THIS COPY OF OPERA. YOU SHOULD INSTALL OPERA WITH INDIVIDUAL PROFILES...
 How do I correct this?

some questions;

1. Version of Outlook
2. Version of Operating system

try going to Win Task Manager and see how many instances opera.exe is running

I get the same error message once in awhile;
closing Opera and opening it solves the problem
don't know the cause
