Setup last step

I'm running Windows Vista with UAC on and using my machine as a normal  
user.

It really irks me, that the installer asks me if I want to run opera when  
I've finished installing, as when I forget to clear the checkbox, I run in  
the context of my admin user (which is not what I really want...=).

Anyone at Opera knows if I'm simply part of a minority (non-admin user,  
with UAC on...what I'm thinking? =), or if this is something that should  
be fixed?
