[snip the not so bad stuff - ahem]

If I delete the site from the "Sites"
preference, it appears that the cookies are clobbered as well.

I get the same behavior with "wand" data. If I "edit" a site from the
server manager, it disappears from the server manager. If I then delete
it from the "Sites" pref, my wand data is gone.

I hope this is not intentional. The "sites" preference should only
affect site "overrides" and *never* clobber saved data, IMO. Anyone else
confirm? Known issue(s)? Is there a bug report? Or, <horror> is it
*supposed* to do that?

This is quite buggy, we know about it and are working hard on it. In case Jonathan wasn't clear enough:

If you change the cookie or wand settings and press OK only figure out that it doesn't work -

Do *NOT* delete the site from the site prefs, as this *will* delete your cookies and wand logins as well. (To our defence: This is just a preview, you have been warned etc)
