Try to do the same packet sniffing for DNS. Actually, what is the IP of the client? You should be able to resolve that to a DNS name (at least from the server machine). Well, the reverse DNS isn't there (and never has been). However, today is the first time that it has ever caused me problems. There may have been a change to one of our ISP's DNS servers, though.
