The timeouts should be specified in
linux/net/ipv4/netfilter/ip_conntrack_proto_udp.c,
#define UDP_TIMEOUT (30*HZ)
#define UDP_TIMEOUT_STREAM (180*HZ)
iow, 30 seconds and 3 minutes.
