I accidently removed a file that at the same time was played on my media player
(Popcorn Hour). The file were accessed over NFS. After this the server stopped
responding. It only answered on ping. SSH, local login etc all failed. I was
logged in via SSH when I removed the file.
Today I tried to reproduce this. So I started to play another movie. This time
I was logged in directly to the server. When I type the rm command I
immediately started to see some error message, and some numbers starting to
count down from approx 3600 to zero. Then the server freeezed and I had to do a
Export some files via NFS. While playing e.g. a movie on another computer or
mediaplayer, delete this file on the server. The server should crash.
