The azalia audio hardware on intel macs is quirky, and does not
produce output with the azalia driver.
>How-To-Repeat:
Get a Mac mini (intel version). Try to play sound.
>Fix:
None known yet. TAMURA Kent has a patch which may be dealing with
some of the issues (a very odd GPIO-based mute feature), but this
seems not to solve everything.
