[neon] One big Windows DLL

[Nat!]

I have problems creating one DLL that contains WebDAV, ZLib, Expat  
and OpenSSL, where all the files are compiled with the same switches  
(same optimization, same calling convention, same C-Library).

I am wondering if anyone has solved this problem elegantly and is  
willing to give me a hint ?
