Well, did what Ray suggested, but cannot find anything that relates to usb.

Again what the problem is, when I plug in a usb drive the computer
recognizes it, but when I try to access any of the files on it, it burps,
giving me the above error message.

If no one here can help, can you point me to a group that can.
