Change the Boot Menu Delay. Select Start, Run, type "msconfig" without
quotes and click on OK. Select the Boot Ini tab and increase the Time
Out to required time, click on Apply and OK. Restart your computer to
allow the change to take effect. After the computer completes rebooting
test to see if it matches your requirements.
