It would be easy to test. Disable it in Msconfig and restart.
If you don't get the folder coming up, then re-enable it in Msconfig
and alter the Registry entry to put quotation marks around the file
path, e.g. "c:\program files\ati multimedia\main\atisched.exe"
No idea why it should suddenly become a problem.
