I'm running into a serious problem related to this. If the file to be
uploaded is on a read-only volume, BITS actually returns E_ACCESSDENIED when
you call the Resume method to start the job. Is there any way to tell BITS
to write the response file somewhere other than the original file's
directory? Otherwise, I can't see any way to use an upload-reply job to
transfer a read-only file.
