Uploads and tmp files.

Newsgroups: microsoft.public.windows.backgroundtransfer 
Every upload job leaves a tmp file behind in the upload program's folder, 
something like BIT740.TMP. Is there a setting that deletes these 
automatically? The jobs transfer fine, they just leave these behind.  The 
jobs are upload reply.
