Multiple connections

Hi,

I'm making a client that needs to be aware of connections states to
download updates over internet with BITS. The client can access
internet with multiple connection (ethernet, 1x, wifi).

I would like to know how BITS choses the connection it use to transfert
data? Because ethernet must have priority over the other connections
when available.
