My computer has been very eratic lately. When I look at the system event
log, I see the following error message very frequently:
DCOM got error "The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled
or because it has no enabled devices associated with it. " attempting to
start the service BITS with arguments "" in order to run the server:
{69AD4AEE-51BE-439B-A92C-86AE490E8B30}
-----------------------------------------------------------
When I try to start BITS, I get the following error message:
Could not start the BITS service on Local Computer.
Error 1058: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or
because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
