Since installing SP2 on all XP workstations the BITS service will not start.
The specific error in the event log follows.  I've searched technet etc and
cannot find a solution.  Any ideas?

The Background Intelligent Transfer Service service terminated with
service-specific error 2147500053 (0x80004015)
