BITS does not support setting client certificates but it can transfer 
content from a HTTPS server. It validates the server certificates and so you 
should see that the job is put into an error state if the server certificate 
is expired etc. If you are running into any specific issue with HTTPS we 
would like to hear about it and find more details.
