Hello Joe,

Its mentioned that in post that
"we found out that we had utf-8 declared, but we didnt
save the file in utf-8.
now everthing works fine! "

Well I have defined the bod oding as utf-8 in config file as shown below
<DeliveryChannel>
   <DeliveryChannelName>SMTPChannel</DeliveryChannelName>
   <ProtocolName>SMTP</ProtocolName>
   <Arguments>
    <Argument>
     <Name>SmtpServer</Name>
     <Value>Nucleus</Value>
    </Argument>
    <Argument>
     <Name>Bod oding</Name>
     <Value>utf-8</Value>
    </Argument>
   </Arguments>
  </DeliveryChannel>

and in the ADF i have the setting as

<Protocol>
     <ProtocolName>SMTP</ProtocolName>
     <Fields>
      <Field>
       <FieldName>Subject</FieldName>
       <SqlExpression>&apos;Person Events&apos;</SqlExpression>
      </Field>
      <Field>
       <FieldName>From</FieldName>
       <SqlExpression>&apos;[email protected]&apos;</SqlExpression>
      </Field>
      <Field>
       <FieldName>To</FieldName>
       <SqlExpression>&apos;[email protected]&apos;</SqlExpression>
      </Field>
      <Field>
       <FieldName>Priority</FieldName>
       <SqlExpression>&apos;Normal&apos;</SqlExpression>
      </Field>
      <Field>
       <FieldName>BodyFormat</FieldName>
       <SqlExpression>&apos;text&apos;</SqlExpression>
      </Field>
     </Fields>
     <ProtocolExecutionSettings>
      <RetrySchedule>
       <RetryDelay>P0DT00H00M05S</RetryDelay>
      </RetrySchedule>
     </ProtocolExecutionSettings>
    </Protocol>

Do I need to set the value in ADF file as well :)
