Mouse Location

Hello,

 I'm pretty new at Flash, so I will really need you help.
 This is what i want to do:
 I have a line, let's say width:300px and certain weight (around 5)
 The thing that I want to do is: when the mouse is positioned over the line, I 
want to see a circle at that certain point.
 And later use that line as part of a html website.
 I think there's some actionscripting involved, but don't know this language 
yet.
