Save form with Toolbox

I want to make a form where the user can SAVE his entries, then he logs out (he 
had to fill in a userform first which he confirmed in an email) and fills 
in/corrects his form later.. 
 I don't know how to do that an individual person can login HIS OWN backend, 
without someone else see's it.
 I have Adobe Dreamweaver Toolbox.
