Error with Developer Toolbox Insert

I'm getting an error when using the Developer Toolbox to create a record in the 
database.

 Error:
 The root cause was that: java.sql.SQLException: Invalid authorization 
specification: Access denied for user 
'name'@'XX-XXX-XX-XXX.servers.dedipower.net' (using password: YES)

 What I guess it's telling me is that the username and password arn't 
specified, but I can't find anywhere to put it.

 They are specified in the:
 <cfquery name="Recordset1" datasource="name" username="name" password="name">

 So all is fine there.

 Can anyone help on this one?
