It is a Hot Dreamweaver Extension.  "Upload in background"

 I finally got it to allow the page to be created,  and function.  But the 
files do not get uploaded to the site.  it seems to go through the motions,  
but never gets the files in the site.  

 I had to add a field called ID in addition to the normal fields that the form 
creates automatically.

 I have checked everything available on the subject,  and can find nothing that 
explains what to do except fill in the fields that are presented.  

 The server is setup to prosess PHP and all the other critea are met.  I guess 
i just have to call it an experiment in futility.  Kind of reduces my faith in 
the Hot Dreamweaver extensions.
