You would need to re-install the extension - then, in the configuration folder (depending on version and install options, it could be in plenty of places, but it should be searchable to be able to find it). In the configuration folder, a folder for extensions will have the MXI file in it for the extension, you will need to load this up (XML) and remove all of the files it installed (then delete the MXI as well) and you should be set at this point. I've never heard of that company so I don't know a thing about them.

I installed the Softery support form extension and at once got a message saying an error message over and over that there is a javascript error (error 2) and is unable to open TabControlClass.js. It pops up when I open Dreamweaver and whenever I hover over the Command menu. I deleted the program in the Extensions Manager but it still pops up? Any message sent, ironically, using their "24 hour support" form has gone unanswered. Are there any files that I can delete that would have come from the download?
