 I guess I'm not understanding the meaning of the word 'specific' in this 
context. Obviously the information for each video will be specific to that 
video, but I suspect that's not what you are asking.

 Yes, I want to style the text with CSS, but the text/data comes via a database.

 Sure, looks like a list to me, so an 'ul' or 'ol' would be appropriate.
