Let me add some more kudos for the David Powers Dreamweaver PHP book:

 Chapter 6 (page 170 approx.) is leading into a super layout with very nice 
ideas and ways of using Dreamweaver for CSS layout. There are some very nice 
layout ideas and insights. I must say that everyone has different ways of 
working and also different features that each person uses that others may not 
use the same way. The great thing about this book's tutorials on CSS layout is 
that it gives you another viewpoint, with some very well thought out 
techniques. 

 I haven't gotten to PHP yet, but what the hey, I'm enjoying the surprise of 
having some great input I had not expected from this book.
