check with where who you are using for a domain name Registrar.
Or who made the site or registered the domain name.

It looks like something you are paying for.
Frame based domain name redirection.

The actual site pages are at a different domain name, that's why the frame
is there for That domain name.

Did shaheenproductions.com originally create/publish the site? If yes, they
cheaped out and pointed that domain name through a frame based redirect
service so they could host the pages within their site instead of providing
it with proper hosting.
