problem with layout/webassist

I am using webasist template for my website. When I go to the home/index page 
to add stories and photos, I don't see the actual format of the page. The space 
between the lines have collapsed in the designed view. But if you go to the 
live product, it is okay. The link to the site is http://sinepari.soc.mil. Any 
help would be appreciated
