Yes, I do not use keywords metatags.  I make sure that my <title> on each 
page is dense with keywords relevant to that page.  I make sure that <h1> 
and <h2> tags (and more if needed) are dense with keywords relevant to that 
page.  I make sure that keywords are used in filenames linked from that 
page.  I make sure that content has good keyword density.  The pages just 
float to the top.... 8)
