I figured out what my problem was with the position of the drop down menus for 
Firfox 2 and IE 7. I could not use percentages. I had to use em.

 {
 position: absolute;
 margin: 0% 0 0 16em;

 I'm still not sure why it doesn't work in IE 5 on the mac, though. Does anyone 
else know?
