just realized that the formatting option I'm using with the PHP server behavior 
comes from the extension "PHP Server Formats 1.2.2" by J. Andres Cayon.  This 
leads to another post I made about how can I edit this extension?  On line 
Adobe documentation says that you can edit downloaded extensions, but I can't 
it to work.
