If you don't mind me asking, roughly how many e-mails do you send, and how
often? I have a couple of projects, one of which has 5000+ subscribers
and I'm worried that any solution might not be geared up for that.

I find EmailUnlimited is good. You can create your own template in their
program or import one (even a webpage) into it. You have full control of
your
emails, etc. And it provides a greate monitor system.
