I tried reading it, but it was pretty impenetrable bureaucratspeak.
However, accessibility requirements becoming law is nothing to weep
about. It should be a cause for celebration. It has been that way in
Britain for several years now.

And it's a heck of a marketing opportunity for a good developer.
