Another option (if you haven't already purchased something) is a service
offered by 1&1, a web hosting company. They have a service called in2site Live
Dialogue. It allows you to chat in real time with any visitors currently on
your website. It can tell you what users are on what pages and you can
initiate the chat. The basic version is free (it's included with any of their
hosting packages - if you already have a hosting service, you can just create
your customer service pages and have 1&1 host them - they're dirt cheap) and
they offer a plus version for $9.99 a month which offers the following added
features:

Remote Browser Control - Allows you to guide a user to any particular pages of
your website.
Chat - The optional chat button for visitors enables them to launch a chat
instead of limiting it to just you.
User Database - Allows you to create and manage visitor contact details.
Chat Log - Saves a log of the entire chat session and even lets you e-mail the
log to the user after your done.
Predefined Text Modules - You can set them up ahead of time to answer
frequently asked questions with just a mouse click.
You can have five simultaneous chats.

I haven't used it myself but it looks like a pretty good service and you can't
beat the price. You can get more info by going to

By the way, If you do go there, I would appreciate you use the link above as
it's my affiliate ID link so I'll get a commission on any packages you
purchase. I'm not trying to sell you on anything, honestly. I just happened
to see your post and remembered that option from my hosting packages and
thought it might be a good fit because of the features and the low price. And
if I can get a commission off of it, well -- even better! ;-)
