I'm begining to developing a dynamic application in DW, and my problem is also 
- how to set up the site's testing server. I've set up all required data, but 
testing server is not set up.
 My application server is ColdFusion. 
 I have no idea what went wrong!
 Explanation from  Charles Nadeau is not enough for my understanding of the 
process where 3. Set up the site's testing server is obligational.
 Can anyone explain to me what should I do to set up testing server?
