slect runtime variable

Hey there,

 I have a recordset A which returns X variable on a standard clientID filter 
which then forms part of a repeat region.  
 As part of this data set i wish to include a field from a different table 
based on the returned X of recordset A and the returned recordset of B which is 
a Y/N query

 Is there a way to do this and if yes how so.
